I grew up in the UK and completed my first degree in Cognitive and Computer Science before moving into Psychology. I completed a masters of Clinical Psychology at Swinburne university and am now a fully registered, board approved supervisor and clinical psychologist.

My background has been in the medical, mental health, disability and education sectors. This wide range of experience has helped me provide clients with a range of services including assessments, treatments, training and counselling.

I am well versed in Cognitive Behavioural therapy, Cognitive Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Mindfulness, Family therapy and focus on a solution focused outcome for her clients. I also practice Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) which is the gold standard treatment for PTSD.
